Xolar bid platform

Competitive installer bidding, out of the spreadsheets.

Xolar managed installer bids, project assignments and contractor documentation across spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools. The bid platform centralises it: admins post projects, installers submit competitive bids, and the winning contractor is assigned with pipeline tracking from award through to final payment milestone.

// 01 challenge

Bids, assignments and contractor paperwork in three different places.

Installer bids, project assignments and contractor documentation lived across spreadsheets, email threads and disconnected tools. Nothing joined a bid to the project it was for, or to the documents that proved the contractor could do the work.

Every organisation needed its own isolated workspace and its own workflow, so a single shared spreadsheet was never going to be the answer.

// 02 approach

One system from posting a project to the final payment.

Competitive bidding

Admins post projects from scratch or from saved templates. Installers submit competitive bids, which are reviewed, accepted or rejected with notes and a revert path.

Customisable pipelines

A drag-and-drop stage editor per project, so a workflow matches how the organisation actually runs rather than how the software assumes.

Documents and e-signature

Proposals, site photos, measurements, change orders and designs attached to the project they belong to, with e-signature and malware scanning on upload.

Multi-tenant by design

Every organisation gets an isolated workspace with its own installers, templates and analytics.
