The situation
A club running on three side-channels.
The club was being run out of a Facebook group, a Google Sheet, and three email threads. Membership renewals were manual. Event RSVPs were lost in comments. New members couldn't find anything.
They needed a real platform, but one volunteers could maintain without becoming sysadmins.
